Our Founder
Sarah Pinto
Managing Director
Managing Director of Evense, Sarah Pinto has more than 20 years of experience in the business of finding and recruiting senior executives, on behalf of companies based in the Benelux or global companies, both for positions to be filled in the Benelux and abroad.
She now heads the recruitment firm Evense, combining a thorough understanding of the strategic challenges of her clients and the ability to quickly offer the best talent for key positions in support of these strategic challenges.
Previously, Sarah was Principal at Heidrick & Struggles where she was in charge of setting up the Practices Technology and Government Affairs in Belgium. For the previous 15 years, she has practiced with major international executive search firms, Russel Reynolds, Korn Ferry and Eric Salmon.
Prior to beginning her career in executive search, Sarah worked in the consulting industry at PwC as a corporate tax consultant.
Sarah has a degree in Economics from Vlekho and a Master's degree from Vlerick Business School.
More recently, she obtained a degree in Transformation and Digital Leadership from Vlerick Business School.
Sarah is fluent in Dutch and French (mother tongues) and English, and proficient in German as a working language.
